BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Lisa Kohomban is the President and Executive Director of Aiding Children Together, Inc. In the days following the Asian Tsunami of December 2004, Lisa led efforts of the Smyrna Church Tsunami Relief Fund to support tsunami relief and recovery efforts of contacts in Sri Lanka. Inspired by the success of these efforts and the commitment of supporters, Lisa founded A.C.T. - Aiding Children Together, Inc. in 2008. Lisa holds a Masters Degree in Psychology. She has worked as a caseworker for the Department of Social Services, trainer for non-profits, and project coordinator for domestic violence programs serving teens and immigrants. Lisa lives in Pawling, N.Y. with her husband and fellow ACT board member Jeremy Kohomban. In addition to volunteering for a variety of local causes, Lisa volunteers her services as Executive Director of ACT.
Jeremy Kohomban is the Vice President and Treasurer of A.C.T. - Aiding Children Together, Inc. A Sri Lankan himself, Jeremy's contacts in Sri Lanka enabled ACT to establish relationships with trusted partners. Jeremy is the President and CEO of The Children's Village in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and serves on the boards of numerous organizations.
Jacqueline Green is the Secretary of the Board of 
A.C.T. - Aiding Children Together, Inc. Jacqueline was a founding member of the Smyrna Church Tsunami Relief Fund, and was instrumental in efforts to incorporate ACT. Jacqueline most recently served as Project Manager for the Department of Social Services. She and her son live in Pawling, N.Y.
ACT board member Sumana Rangachar is an attorney who started her law career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx under Robert Johnson. She currently serves as a staff attorney at the Legal Services of the Hudson Valley in White Plains where she assists indigent clients in their housing cases. She is also an adjunct professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and teaches in the Masters of Criminal Justice Department. Sumana lives in Ossining, NY with her husband and enjoys it when her three grown children come to visit.
